Escalade side window trim on Denali

Anyone else find it odd that someone would complain that GM would make the top-of-the-line model of three nearly identical trucks a little bit different from the other two? Wasn't the complaint before always that it's stupid that GM makes three different brands of truck almost identical in the first place? If the Esky were the same as the other trucks, but more expensive, no one would ever buy it. If it were the same, but no more expensive, then maybe no one would ever buy the others. And most of the time when someone buys an Esky, you hear complaints that their truck is much more expensive, but looks too similar. I guess there's just no pleasing everyone.

Incidentally, you CAN buy chrome pieces that sit atop the window jambs... Personally, I think it looks like crap. One reason that it looks like crap to me is because it doesn't continue from one window to the next, like the Escalade pieces do. So, it looks disjointed and tacked-on.
