Esky Lights Installed

ok so you cut both the tahoe wiring and the esky wiring? is there a way to connect them by buying other male/female connections and cutting those? The reason i ask is in case (i dont know why, maybe when selling) i would want to switch back to the factory set, and dont have to worry about rewiring all that stuff and just simply plug it back in...

The bottom piece where the harnesses meet the ones closer to the engine stays the same. you only cut the tahoe harness from the tail light. If you ever would wanna make it back to stock simply de-install the esky lights and get the tahoes stocks and plug em in and it will work.

The 07+ housing mounting points for the Esky tails are the same as the Tahoe/Yukon so body work is not needed. It does take some effort to get them to work, but well worth it

And just to clarify, the shape of the Esky lights will NOT match the shape of the appliques above the tail lights. Some people care, others don't. If you care, you can also buy the Esky appliques to match the lights. I wouldn't call swapping those "body work," though, as you can swap everything in your driveway in 15 minutes.
