Esky third brake light not working

How would I do that sumo? Sorry electrical stuff is not my strength. Also I had it installed on the truck for a month never lit up. Stocker plugged in and lights up fine

ok take off the light. Unplug the connector with the light. there are 2 wires, Green and black. Add 12v to the green wire and ground black wire. That should do it. Did you also try flipping the connector? Might be backwards.

there will most likely be screws....... unscrew then take off then test.... or probably glue or tape.

How hard is it to remove the light? Any tips?

Are you trying to remove the spoiler and light from the truck or remove the light from the spoiler?

If it's the first then yup the above link from Nathan explains it ... if it's the second, I believe the light attaches to the spoiler with just clips. I'm not sure tho, I bought mine as two separate parts but I can't seem to remember how I attached them together. But there's no glue or tape ... it's either just clips or clips and a couple of screws.

4 10mm bolts attach the light to the plastic.

Ok thanks guys. I am trying to remove the light from the spoiler. Im gonna try it today, but I did have this installed for a month and did not work at all. Im gonna ty what sumo sumo said and try reversing the plug an testing the light itself

Went out and checked the connector from the harness to third light and the connector wasnt making good connection. Going to install it and see what happens, but think I found my problem. Thanks guys
