It is only speculation on my part that something in the image Diablo loads when they turn AFM off might foul up how the Ethanol calc works. The only thing @kbuskill and I have in common with regard to the Diablo units is we both used them to turn AFM off.
I use a Diablo intune I3 with the canned performance tune and turn off DOD and remove speed limiter.

My fuel pressure on my Torque app is usually around 43. I've also seen it on the Tech2 around the same pressure.

What page is your fuel pressure reading located on your Tech 2? Take a picture of the Tech 2 screen and post it up, I can figure it out from there.

According to my GM shop manual, a fuel pressure at the rail (as measured with an external gauge) should be between 50-60.

Must be a 6.2L versus 5.3L or model year thing.

Mine doesn't have the "Fuel Pump Control Module" page.

Maybe I don't even have a Fuel Pump Control Module.

The fuel trim display is what I have in the video.

Intersting.

When going through the selections, select the 6.2l engine just to see if the menu is there

Interesting result.

It didn't display the Fuel Pump Control Module option, but it also didn't display the Transfer Case Control Module option either.

No error display, but obviously didn't see the Fuel Pump Control Module.

I suspect the Fuel Pump Control Module is reserved for GM's rich customers only.

Mine doesn't show transfer case info either, it's AWD and has no electronic switches for it.

It think it might have to do with the model year why yours doesn't have that menu option
