It's nuts I spend $104k on a Yukon XL and can't get over 325 miles to a tank? I'd LOVE a larger tank in this yacht of a vehicle.
I miss my 1998 Suburban LT 4X4!!! It had a 44 gallon tank!! I could drive from Dallas the Kansas City , 635 miles on one tank!! A personal best on a road trip vacation. That was the awesome chevy 350, it just hummed along so smooth!! It had a full size spare in the truck behind the third seat. Talk about a land yacht!! Good times!!!

You need the 3.0L BabyMax...
I just filled my tank today and the Miles To Empty says 867 Miles.
Over 46K miles my average MPG is 28.2.
Buying a diesel won't help. A diesel engine at a speed of 150-170 will show approximately the same fuel consumption as gasoline. You can't fool physics. My last diesel Mercedes GLS at 110-115 mph showed about 12-13 mpg. In addition, our diesel fuel is 15% more expensive than Premium Gasoline.

And we show a lot of crazy accidents from the USA, with police chases))) in fact, everything is much simpler. We are actively building high-speed highways. with a speed limit of 80 mph, and we have an unpunished speed limit. Thus, we can, in principle, travel along such highways at a speed of 94 miles per hour. These are very high-quality highways that allow you to cross huge distances in a short time. They have 2 or more lanes, they are separated from the oncoming direction. and they are built to bypass populated areas, and are fenced off from wild animals.
For example, here is a recording of my movement at a speed of 170 km/h, which is approximately 106 miles per hour. As you can see in the video, the road can be seen far away, and it is quite safe to move at such a speed.
There are always serious accidents, but they are usually on highways where oncoming traffic is not separated. On such highways, the accident rate is low, even though we don’t have speed cameras installed there on purpose, and people drive 170-200 km/h, or even 250 km/h + on them.
