Update. Steering stabilizer solved my problems for now. I had a mechanic check out the front and outside of a few bushings being worn he did not find anything major. Wheel bearing boots are rotted and starting to ooze so looks like those are next on the list.

I just picked up a Rancho kit from Amazon. Good quality, pretty easy to install. Made a big difference in handling for my truck.
