Factory look aftermarket stereo, anyone have experience?

Not sure but isn't the bluetooth function part of the Onstar system and not the radio???

My understanding is the ogm1 is parrot Bluetooth and also does music streaming Bluetooth. I know it pairs more than 1 phone I was just curious if someone that had it installed could share some knowledge on the situation. If my wife and I are both in the vehicle and both of our phones are stored in the radio if either 1 rings it will allow us to talk on either line as long as it's only 1 phone at a time obviously.

I believe there's nothing you can do with the buzzing unless you either wire around the BOSE system or get another radio. I know this issue was covered by I believe PAC with a similar issue. Ended up being the way you wire up the system. Some people would use both speaker and RCA outs causing feedback. If you don't use both, the system works fine.
