I used a jigsaw...taped it off and cut away. Then used a sander to clean the edges up. Really easy.

Mine looked like that but I just tapered up the ends more by the wheel. I never got pictures of it after I did it. And the dealer it is sitting at for sale doesn't have any good pictures of it either.

You dropped major $$$ this week on the Avy. Surely you can score a $70 dremel. I've had mine for years and it is really handy to have.

LOL yeaaa things kinda escalated quickly for the Avy this week... I'm not really a handy man when it comes to tools and cutting stuff up so even if i did get one I don't know if I trust myself to cut it straight. :emotions122:

I'm not a chrome tow hook kinda guy and don't think it really adds anything of substance to the look of the front end.

A used 07 GMC NNBS Sierra crewcab 4x4 z71.

We traded in the 08 Tahoe and my wifes 09 Malibu for a New 2012 Equinox 2lt for her and the 07 Sierra for me. They gave me top dollar for both trades so I couldn't pass it up.

Nice! I love the Sierra CC's... I debated getting one when I was looking for a truck but went with the Avy bc I got such a good deal on it. How much did the dealership give you for your Tahoe if ya don't mind me askin?

They gave me $29000 for it. It was an 08 3lt with 35000 miles.

I had a Sierra CC before the Tahoe but traded it in for the Tahoe because the wife wanted an SUV down the road. Now almost 2 years later she didn't want something that big so we got her an Equinox and she loves it.

After almost a month of having the Sierra it has 4" of lift and my MB gunner wheels and 285 bfgs on it. And I did a few other mods and swapped over alot of bolt mods from the tahoe. My wife calls it the stretched tahoe because it is the same color and has a topper on the back that makes it look like a SUV still.
