For the one who asked to see more pics of the plug. I got you
That plug didnt break apart from debris smacking it. That plug's electrode melted off. Have a look at the end where it looks laser cut, almost a perfect EDM cut. That cylinder was running way too lean. PCM program or injector related assuming you have no ignition problem.

Hopefully those plugs were genuine parts and not a knockoff.

Excessive heat killed the electrode and the porcelain was made brittle by heat and probably shattered from detonation.
Both over time, if not too terrible, will wipe out a piston. If it is bad enough it will be fast though.
OP, While it is a good idea to continue following the codes, you also should look into a borescope and check the cylinders. It is possible part of the power issue is declining physical health of the engine. (Not necessarily, but a possibility) if it wasn't tuned right.

Came back to revisit and update. My other build took up some time Tahoe I just didn’t wanna see her at the moment.

Took a quick 20 minutes did a borescope in cylinder 2 and also compression. No signs of damage 170 compression. That cylinders healthy. Gonna go ahead and swap back to my other injectors that I had. But before anything I wanted to ask if someone could overlook my tune and maybe see if their are some discrepancies I should change so it can be healthy til it makes it across town to tuner.

Let me know I can post the log I recently had as well as tune file from HpT.

Engine is running great now. But I checked my trans fluid and it’s over filled. So I’m gonna drain some and see how it looks as it’s a new trans, shouldn’t be slipping at all, but the torque converter is suspect since it’s stock and had a lot more power going through it then it was rated for I’m sure after what 20 years lol

I'm not able to look at HPT stuff, but you may be able to post it on their forum and get some advice
