not sure maybe just unplugg it?
is it giving you a problem?

You either have to do some diagnosis to determine if it is the sensor or wiring. Then replace sensor if bad, or repair wiring if bad.
Just unplugging it will cause a default to 38% ethanol and you will still be running rich.

Or find someone that can tune your vehicle, and have then turn flex fuel off.
