Fog lights on LS

Thinking about throwing some fogs on my 08 LS. What do y'all think about these? Or do you have any recommendations that won't break the bank. Would it be possible to swap these bulbs out for LEDs? https://www.ebay.com/i/192263703838

Those are good and you can swap to leds before you get them installed.
