It only took me about an hour with a skillsaw plus a little detail work with a hacksaw blade. Of course it helped that whoever put a complete grill/bumper on it before they sold it didn’t reinstall all the missing lower brackets from the original chop job.
I like the looks of those push bars some of you have but I don’t run one because I can’t lose the approach angle.
The brackets under the chin are for flat towing behind the motorhom

They didn’t, literally have never seen an actual BP Tahoe with a cut bumper and a push bar.Awesome truck and build thread!
I'm not sure why CBP would chop the bumper and then use a push bar that is so low to the ground but it does look cool
