Very common for the schraeder valves to get loose when attaching refrigerant charging hoses and wiggling them around. This causes the valve in the hose coupling to turn and partially back out the valve in your hard refrigerant lines. Your valve has a small seal at its base and it doesnt take much loosening of your valve to get a leak going. You can buy the tool to tighten it back up. Very similar to a car/bike core removal tool.
