Fuel pump codes

[Yukon2000xl]

I own a 2000 Yukon XL and started having symptoms of a failing fuel pump.With that said when I go to order one off rockauto, their are two product codes on every pump (TDB or TDC) ? Anyone know how to identify what's on the truck without having to dismantle everything first? I gotta try driving with the old pump on to drain the fuel I'm at a full tank!

I've read here on the forum the aftermarket ones go out prematurely so the AC Delco ones are recommended. I only see 2 ACDelco's listed- for "robust fuel system" or not. It looks like the RPO code for that is K53.

I don't even understand the difference between robust fuel system or not? Doesn't make sense to be

I have no idea either but some of these come with 2 tanks.

did you enter your vin at a dealer site like GM parts direct to get the proper part #?
Then enter that in the search field for fuel pumps at rock auto
that's the only thing I can think of to help

Robust Fuel System's are Flex Fuel/E85 set up's they have different fuel lines.
