Really? I think it looks like hell. The Yukon or Escalade I can get behind so far. Maybe it's an in- person thing...

Yes you know how it goes with redesigns, sometimes one has to see it rolling around in person for a few months to get it. At least that’s how it goes for lots of folks.

Put in an order for a loaded black label Navi today. Wanted to wait to see the escalade first.

Just think, for 3 years or so (until I buy another GM) you guys can talk about why science is fake and electric cars being evil without anyone’s counterpoint!

Don’t celebrate just yet...takes 10-12 weeks to deliver!!

So you’re leasing the Navi for 3 years? Then you’re expecting to jump back into a Yukon or other GM? Is your plan to give the GM trucks a few models years before jumping back in?

Will buy it outright, own it for a couple years and then see. Maybe GMC at that point. Not sure. New design will really need to grow on me and they will have to prove they aren’t riddled with issues like the current gen. Luckily there are lots of options now for 3 row vehicles and even more in 2-3 years.

Do you live in a low sales tax state, or a state where they tax new car purchases lower than regular sales tax?

Interesting that the Cadillac moved the shifter to the console but GMC and Chevy went to push buttons. I like the GMC Denali dash better myself but would like to see this one lit up and at night. Good to see Cadillac get the trailer brake controller, they didn't get it with the GMT-900s.

I don’t like the idea of a push button gear shift. It’s dumb.

I hated the idea of the knob shifter on my Ram when I purchased it, it was honestly one of the biggest things that held me back but now it isn't that bad although I still prefer an actual shift knob.

You mean shift lever? You have a knob.

I have a half ton Ram with the knob and a 3/4 ton Ram with the lever. I prefer the knob between the two... but it is a bit tricky switching back and forth between the two of them lol.
