Serge,

Do your G5 hyperflash? And did you add a resistor? or did you just took them out of the box and plug them in? Sorry for all the questions now since Fast55 says there are no resistor in them.... Thanks

I have G4s now, but neither these or the G5s I used to have hyperflash.
And yes, I just them out of the box, glued the resistor to the back of them, and plugged them in.

If you re-read the original post, the OP clearly states that he has hyperflash without them ... logic dictates that whatever else may be in that box, resistors are a part of it. :waytogo:

I swapped to the G4s because I prefer the curvier lines of the lights and appliques on the Yukon to the more angular lines of the G5 lights and corresponding appliques.

And I heard no noise when I had the box glued on the sheet metal inside the bumper under the tails, I hear it a little bit with the box glued to the tails themselves. It's been about a month so I don't notice it anymore though.

It's hard to describe but really easy to see once you take your tails off. :)

Basically it's the metal just below the bottom of the tails.

Cool im sure i'll find it once i take them off and just put the box underneath.... Thanks you been lots of help... :Handshake: Now that I think about it, it would be eaiser to put the box to the lights, so it can be easier to take them off like you stated on a earlier post.... do you have them on the lights now or sheet metal with the g4's?

On the lights ... when I swapped them I realized that it's a lot easier when they are on the lights. :)
