So the new designed TBSS beltech coils are alot better than the older ones. Without the bags aired up, how low would it be and do you think the ride would suffer without those? Max, how would you compare them to the 5305's? Id like the rear lower, just wondering about the diff.

Bub-- looking forward to seeing some pics or measurements of your djm springs.

with 5 psi and the small bags my customers trucks dont even air up at all. at 35 psi truck comes up 3/4 of a inch and holds the weight fine with 600 plus worth of items in the rear (3 250 pound guys)

Ive been using the new design for months now and commented about this so max wanted to test them out. You have to make sure where you order them because lots of places still have the old spring in stock but i always get the new design for those who order from me.

the djm springs will sit 1/2 to 3/4 of a inch higher than the djm trailblazer springs in the tahoes both 00-06 and 07 up ive tested on.

i also put up pics of a newer tahoe one with these springs and one with the djm tb springs and you can see the difference.

So then with the bags aired, it really doesnt lift the truck up, unless you quite a bit of air is in them. (for towing or such right) Dumb question, what exactly do they do? And could you pm me a price on the new design beltech ss ones.

Tony- Where did you put the pics up at? I dont see them in this thread, didnt register in the tbssforum you posted. Is that where it is?

newer with the 3/5.5 set up rear is new belltech tb springs

i also put up pics earlier in this thread with the cut springs and the helper bag i did a few months ago on these springs. Used the same set up in tahoes with no issues.

with the bags aired up 3/4 of a inch when you load up the truck it still wont let the truck come far down since the bag is inflated. You dont want to run a big bag because 6 inches is pretty much the hieght of the spring top to bottom when the truck is just sitting down on these springs.

if you want more lift then get a taller bag but honestly its not needed.

with the djm hardware kit/shocks/djm tb spring i get 5.25 to 5.5. Sits lower than the 5305 belltech springs and rides better.

Ok great. That's the kit I ordered from you. I got everything in yesterday. Now I guess I just gotta wait for it to settle more to the 5.5" mark. How long should that take?

you guys are killing me. this is the only sneak peak you get as i didn't want to post pics until i'm done.

sitting on 265/65/18's. according to tony's measurements, the ass should settle down about 1 1/2 or more inches plus i don't have a spare either. the ride is better then stock imo.
