It is used to help clear stock. if they get too many trucks in the field they may do it again.
I was watching for 0% earlier this year but took advantage of the $3000 dealer cash on top of GM employee pricing. I bought my 03 at 0%. At that point your choices are limited to stock on hand.

Been looking at Laura gmc and even with 0/72 it and some incentives they are really not moving. Gambling on better pricing coming up soon with 0/72, but we will see.
