ok, sorry, got home late last nite from work.
but went and looked at my headlight, mine are not in right now. Took them out a while ago. But i put all the blacks together, (neg) and then i put the white and reds together. They are for the side little lights, the two dots and then one is for the halos. I cant find a flash light right now to look at my truck. But the black goes to the neg on the truck, should be the black wire, on the park lights, just make sure you dont get the drl light, unless you want the them to come on when your drls are. Then the white/reds/ go to the power. So when you turn your park/headlights on the halos come on. If i remember right, i used a light blue wire for the white/red. Hooked into that wire.
