Still haven’t gotten measurements on the drop. Gonna do it later today. But found a deal on fb marketplace couldn’t pass up. Been wanting some parts off an Escalade for the Tahoe. Found a parts Escalade with title for $500. Went and got the tow truck and picked it up Sunday. F71146C6-2A41-4FE6-A9EB-7BBE86739DB8.jpeg

That's what's up. Nice score on the esky. So many parts cross-over you're already ahead of the game on that investment.

Confused on the not so good numbers from this drop kit after letting it settle a few weeks. I put on the Maxtrac Lowering Kit. It consisted of the front spindles, rear springs and shock relocators. The only 2 things I can come up with is to 1, replace the shocks on all 4 corners and remeasure the true drop, and 2 the possibility of the tire/rim size difference making up for the numbers. Its advertised as a 2/3 on some sites and a 2/4 on some others. Im assuming the extra 1" on the rear is if you removed the spring isolators on the perches. So as of now these are the numbers.

Before drop:
Front Left - 34.375
Front Right - 33.625
Rear Left - 35.75
Rear Right - 36.625

After Drop:
Front Left - 32.875
Front Right - 33.25
Rear Left - 34.25
Rear Right - 34.625

Difference:
Front Left - 1.5
Front Right - .375
Rear Left - 1.5
Rear Right - 2

What did you use from the Esky? No drivetrain I'm assuming.

Correct. Engine and trans were picked along with the center console and two front seats. Soooo I plan on taking the 2nd and 3rd row bench seats. They are Esky leather and almost brand new looking. Then there is the roof rack, rear d pillars, folding side mirrors and inside controls, rear glass but missing 3rd brake light, nicer looking overhead AC controls, and pretty much anything else that looks useable that I can pick. It has slotted and drilled rotors that look ok. But don’t feel like stripping those when I plan on doing the 2020 4 piston brake upgrade here shortly. Little steps.

For the folding mirrors to work--if you don't already have--you'll also need the passenger front power window switch. I added the folding mirrors to mine, and without that switch they didn't work.
