Has anyone installed OEM carpet themselves?

I would be worried about the shape after it got folded, rolled, and boxed up.

Shouldn’t be an issue. Mine can rolled and had the mass backing as well. Unpack it and let it sit in the sun until it looks good to go.

It will unfold and be ready for install. As well it will be easier to work with inside the truck on a warm day.

Yeah, they flatten out and shape up good after some sun.
