Did they work before ? if not did they all go out at once? are your door switches lit up?
I'm not sure if it's a whole wire harness. I would assume each have they're own circuit.
I've never dug deep into this kind of thing but I know these lights go out all the time. most of my dash is out and my whole ac and headlight switch is out.
I'm waiting for $$ so I can send them to @ScottyBoy , for he is the master of interior lighting and harness the knowledge of harnesses lol
Hopefully he can chime in with his professional opinion and maybe some ideas.
Sorry I don't have an exact answer.

I'm a bit confused as to what the exact problem is. Is it ONLY the dash backlights that are not working? The headlight switch, cluster, and AC control panel?

Lol i know it's a bit confusing. I think the buttons, switches, and guages all physically work, but none are illuminated.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking.
But we're they ever working? Or did they all suddenly Bo out at once? There is an illumination fuse for those dash lights. This can also be caused by a bad headlight , but it seems that's been tried already so that can be ruled out if the other headlight switches are DEFINITELY 100% working.
