Hi I just purchased a Raizin Voltage Stabilizer Regulator with 5 grounding cables it is suppose to help smooth out the voltage through out the vehicle. What I am wondering is I have five earth Ground wires that I need know where to mount them in the engine bay. One point is the ground on the alternator and from there I could use help they also said to mount it to the light to allow them not to Dim but where in the f%$ do I mount negative on the lights and that's is 3 down I need two more places to lock down I would love find god points to mount these if you know of good grounding points Pleased I would appreciate a ton and I would greatly appreciate it.

meh, that kit really does no good unless you have grounding problems to begin with. It basically stabilizes the electricity circulating the car (making sure everything that needs to be grounded is grounded well)

If you "need" it, the best grounds will be:

Battery negative to

Engine Block
Transmission
Body
Frame
ECU

If you need to ground your lights, you might have more of a problem.

When I had my Infiniti G35, grounding kits were/are a big thing for smoothing out idle and for automatics for shifting smooth, but not much else.

The reason I bought it is because if I don't start my Denali for 4 or 5 days the battery will be drained 1/2 way and wont start and the battery is 3 months old. So Im trying anything to get help with that because my Bonneville can sit for months and it still starts. Ill try those other points when it arrives thank you so much for helping and replying. Take Care.

Have you had a parasitic drain test done? Sounds like something is using significant power when the car is off. Anything aftermarket wired into your Denali?

I have 3 TV's one the main radio a Alpine D-310 DVD player and a 7" Alpine TV for viewing only and a 19 inch TV drop down TV. If I send a picture of my engine could you help point out the other 4 places where I should tie them in because I know the Alternaotr needs one A friend on this post said where they need to go but Im sure where those are located. ECU, Transmission, and I know where to hook up the Body and the frame.. Take Care and and thank you for all your help.

I wouldn't have any idea exatly were on the transmission. Like I said, that was for an Infiniti because of the grounding issues they have. Your transmission is bolted to your motor so I honestly don't think you need to.

With the ECU, that's inside and near your fuse panel. You'll see 2-3 wires getting tied in to one ground screw. You can run a wire inside and attach it to that same screw.

However, I still don't think that's your problem.

On another car I cause a ground loop with a similar kit. I will never do that again screws up sensors. There is ground and another called computer ground that goes directly back to the computer. Get these screwed up and nothing will work right.
