High mileage Fluid Change?

What motor oil weight are you guys using on y'alls suvs?
A thick 0w30 or a thin 0w40 depending on local sales. The 2 I go with have pretty similar viscosity, just on opposite sides of the "line"

Either M1 0w30 esp or castrol euro 0w40, the latter of which sees more frequent use.

Independent of the oil you use, don't cheap out on filter. Even the best oil won't do you any good if you have sharp particles floating in the engine.

I know it’s been a long time (I don’t drive much but now I have a camper) but I had the trans pan dropped and the filter/fluid changed. Change the diff fluid and also the transfer case fluid. Now all the fluids are changed except the coolant. I’ll be taking a 5 hour trip with he camper in August so we will see how it goes
