How do I determine the exact model of my front differential?

So where do you get parts for such a rebuild? Meaning all the gears and bearings?

I got the bearing and seal set from yukon gear. You also need to buy new lock tabs for the adjusters. Don't forget the adjuster tool. My gears were all good so I didn't have to buy any.
