How Do You Relieve Fuel Pressure?

Getting ready to replace the flex fuel sensor on my 2004 Yukon 5.3L. How do you relieve the pressure from the line though?

With engine cold. Goto the fuel rail and unscrew the cap of your schrader valve. Looks like the air valve of a tire. Watch your ugly face so gas doesnt squirt out into it!

I always thought it best to pull the fuel pump fuse and crank her a few times.
