There's a member here with over 500,000. So I don't see why it wouldn't. As long as you do regular maintenance, shouldn't have any issues.

My 2002 Tahoe will hit 160k in acouple days. I hardly drive it like maybe 50miles a week lol. Been at 1599xx for some time now

Mine is at 256k, daily driver. I drive it from Myrtle beach to Jacksonville. sounds like it did off the lot. No rattling ticking or any bad sounds. Needs a new rear main seal tho.
