Started to hear a sound that sounds like heavy wind from back door. I guess. We hear it at about 60mph and higher

1400 miles with sunroof on 2015i and sounds fine. Took it out on I70 west of KC headed to Topeka, nice and flat, did 60, 70, 80 and 90 with the cruise on. Sounds fine no buffeting.

I have had my 2016 Tahoe for about a month and a half and haven't noticed any buffeting or vibration at 70+

I have a 2016 Z71 with about 5K miles. No vibration, no pressure changes, and the changes into V4 is invisible to me, but I do notice the slight booming when hitting potholes, speed bumps, expansion joints etc. I have crossbars with surfboard pads, 275/65-18 Nokian AT Rotiivas, and a GM\Borla Cat-back exhaust.

I can imagine the suspension booming is miserable with 22" wheels, as the Suburban does not seem to have any sound deadening - it is loud. Louder than my 2014 Accord with 235/45-18's over bumps, and like a chuckwagon compared to my wife's 2008 Range Rover. I still love my Z71 despite this uncouth characteristic.

What was wrong with the tires?

The truck had a vibration when driven above 70 mph. Took it in and they said that 3 of the 4 tires were so bad, they could not be used. 3 tires replaced under warranty. Got the truck back and problem solved 100%

Well, THAT'S not a confidence-builder - brand new tires with a 75% failure rate? What brand?

I remember reading somewhere that before the tires are mounted on the rims, many of them are rejected for being out of round. These were for all tires not just the contis.

I always thought that's why the car always ran so good when new. Perfect balance and alignment.
