Front gears...

I actually just bought some gears for the truck to see if it helps. I picked up a set of 4.11s from jegs. I need the front gears now. Where can i pick those up from?

and i would consider myself very mechanical i guess lol

How about
4wheelparts.com

Summit.com

Let us know how it goes . I'm interested how the front diff. drops and splits .
I got my Tru-Trac from "4wheel" lifetime warranty for $416.00 late last year .
Setting the backlash was tedious=PITA . I didn't screw with the pinion there was no the damage other than the gutts . Got real lucky .

Hi,
New here and i'm glad I found this. I am going to put in the HT383E soon. I'm looking around for the lowest price. Could you please tell me the dealer you got the motor from for $4000 BowTieFreak? Much Thanks

Local guy here outside Philly, a chevy dealership. I know the guy through racing and he hooked me up. A few places on line where not much about $4K, google the motor I found a ton of places when I was looking and people these days want the business and will work on the pricing

awesome. I highly advise a good tune (custom), not a hand held to really bring it to life
