so how do hids compair to silver star ultras? i have them in brights and dims and they are really white and bright are hids better or just blue?

Silver stars ultras are a good bulb kit, they really are but HID put out alot more light. You can get 4300k or 6000k HIDs and they put out white light, once you start going to 8000k and above thats whaen you get more blue in the light output. If you like a strict white light, I suggest a 4300k HID kit, it will be a big difference.

HOW about some of these 70 watts for my jag xtype.. cant remember bulb size... my lenses are smoked too dark and i need some penetrating power lol.. So 70w 5000ks probably..maybe 6000ks... im ready when you are.

I've never heard of 70w HIDs to be honest man lol. I'll ask my supplier if he knows how to get them thou. I know I can get 55w HIDs if you want some of those.

What year is the Jag so I can look up the bulb size.

Hey man. I talked to my supplier and he said he has heard of 70w and even 100w HID kits but he doesnt get them. He said their fail rate is alot higher then the 35w or the 55w so he doesnt carrry them. I can do a 55w kit though if your interested.

i got 55ws.. i just wanted to try the 70s .. like i said my lights are smoked like BLACK and i just wanted some penetrating power.. thank though brother
