It doesnt bother me to remove the spindles if the other kit is the way to go (I need to replace my lowers anyways they are shot and I am looking for a Tahoe for my wife, so I could use the drop spindles on the vehicle)...

Thoughts? I know I am monopolizing your time and for that I apologize.

jimmy

dont worry thats what im here for.

The a arms are serviceable and have zerk fittings. its both a upper and lower set up.

you will have lights in the dash. If you dont want any lights heres what id do.

front you can ditch the spindles and do the 3 inch control arms

in rear the belltech kit for 250 and run no spacers and then you shorten the autoride links

then in rear run the djm hardware kit to relocate the axle/swaybar links.

This way autoride still works and you can load the back of the truck up.

so djm 3 inch a arm kit front $430
rear djm hardware kit $165
rear trailblazer springs $170
rear short poly bumpstops $30

you will also need to cut off the rear bumpstop brackets
look here

Also djm never was able to test the arms on 4x4 trucks so they say 2wd only. The kits ive been installing since late 06 on 4x4s with no issues at all.

Your truck looks like it sits a little higher in front so wiht the a arms in front with stock spindles and rear the kit above you will be good to go and wont have lights showing.

i'm leaning very much towards that, but my concern would be with the 4x4 because I really need it

can you do ground to fenderlip on the truck? What size tires?

here is a truck i did
http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26508

305 45 22 and with the belltech 2/3 its
33 15/16 front
34 5/8 in rear

That was with front drop struts. If your on 305 40 22 would be about 1/2 inch shorter so 33.5.

Yup ditch the shocks do the belltech front drop struts with camber bushings. Those are keeping you way up about 2 inhes to high.

so front your at 36 inches with spindles and 305 35 24??

what is the rear at 36 inches also with 3 inch drop springs?
