ok well first tell us your plans, I know your not gonna run 5.13's on factory tires. Also if your gonna run lockers in a front IFS then you might as well spend the $$$ and go SFA.

DO NOT LOCK THE FRONT, you will hate yourself (unless you put a solid axle up front)....if you can find a locker for the front. Also 5.13 is a lot of gear. You running 40's? Can you give us some background on thetruck and why you want the 5.13?

in the new two and four door jeep wranglers they reccomend 5.13s in them if they are running 35s and lift i believe its a 6... this thing is no jeep but i dont think it will be a horrible idea to keep my back up front diff and my rearend just in case and the biggest thing i was worried about is the cv axles i dont really care about the drive... but i have also thought about 4.88s and a low gear conversion in my t-case??? only super low in 4 low!!!! 4.88s are recomended for 35s and a 6er... i was thinkin it would be like 3.73s to 4.10s at stock height? thanks for the input guys keep it coming!!!!!!

Jeeps have different transmission gearing then a Tahoes 4L60E...unless you're planning on turning your Tahoe into a rock crawler there would be no need to gear that low...ever!
