I have a 2002 Tahoe, the dash cluster lights went out. here's what I've done

Replaced Cluster Bulbs
Replaced PARK LP 30a Fuse under the hood,
Took apart dash to chase shorts (Found pinched radio wires, repaired them)
Took apart steering column to see if there are any worn wires or melted relays
Took apart rear tail lights
Replaced 10a illum Fuse
Took Dimmer Switch apart, it was worn so I purchased another Dimmer

Dome light works, Headlights work, radio works, Speedo, and other gauges work. Dash lights still do not work.

What keeps blowing that 30a Fuse? I've swapped it out 10 times! Keeps getting blown. Any help would be great!

Thanks for your response... SO if it is a relay how does a relay work. All I know is when I pull the 30a out of the electrical box under the hood it gets burnd out and didn't complete the circuit.

Well there's only one thing to do. Flashlight to the dash ducktaped lol. Do you have a multimeter? Yo might be able to track the shorted wire

Well maybe that's your problem, you're putting a 30amp fuse where the relay connectors should go.

The Park LP is a relay or switch with 4 pin connectors....not a fuse or
(circuit breaker)

switch with 4 pin connectors... Can you dumb it down for me? How do relays/4pin connectors work?

A relay is an electronic switch that uses a small electric signal to open and close a large circuit (so you dont need the switch you actually push to carry the full load of the circuit)
What is being said is that you have a fuse in a relay slot... How likely that is I am not sure
Maybe post us a picture of your fuse box and we can check to see if thats the problem

If you do actually stab your eyes out you won't need dash lights any more.

Problem solved! LOL
