Checked everything in the rear today and it all looks good :( So what could this be? Its very annoying to have the traction control and/or ABS come on every time I am turning...

pull the battery connections and let tap the brakes 3 times. Let it sit for 30 minutes and then try it again. Also check that all tires have the same psi in them. Had a few people this did the trick.

Well I finally got around to pulling the battery as said above and it did nothing...

Any other ideas before I start replacing ABS Sensors? I guess one could have gotten damaged during the front spindle install process since they were rusted to crap and I had to give them a lot of hard blows with a hammer.

Did you get this sorted? I had same issue when I installed the McGaughy's 4/5 kit in fall of 2006. I never did find the reason and just learned to live with it. It mostly occurred while exiting parking structures with a spiral ramp. Never a problem with the ABS functioning properly under normal circumstances.

Still haven't got it figured out and its annoying... No codes (I have a reader). Called McGaughy's and they said there is a "Low Speed ABS" bulletin at Chevy that is unrelated to lowering, so I might try that, but seems wierd it would only happen after installing the kit... I'd like to replace my abs sensors to be sure thats not it, but at $180/ea I'm not going to do it just for the hell of it...

No codes here, either. My hunch is that suspension geometry has changed enough that the inside wheel really is experiencing more scrub/slip. What I don't understand is why, in my case at least, it only seems to occur on hard left turns when at or near lock.

I lowered the wifes with about 5k on it, and it does the same thing. I thought I kinked the rear ABS lines when lowering it, so I replaced those with no luck. I'll try tapping the brakes while the battery is disconnected to see if that works. Our's has been doing it for about 3 years now with no changes. I also get this weird "honking" sound sometimes when accelerating from a stop, mostly while turning. I think McGaughy's screwed up some kind of geometry.
