I don't think coilovers will effect anything. When I dropped my truck on springs all around I did not have the issue. It started with the 24s and has been the same ever since, even when I dropped the front 3" it remained like that.
I just installed my spindles as well and have the same issue. I had ground force springs in the front before and never had the issue. Also kinda pissed that my alignment doesn't look right either even after a alignment was done looks like I have to much positive camber. Also it raised the front up about a inch more then I had on my ground force. But the positive it rides so much better.
I am the exact same setup as you, McG spindle and 24" slides with the same issue... Mine started after the spindle install as well... Maybe it is the GM bulletin but why is it happening after the spindle install?I just installed my spindles as well and have the same issue. I just found this TSB (pic below)!! I called my local dealership and i'm taking mine in in the morning to get fixed.
Let me know what happends. I will take mine in as well if it works.
Ditto, kinda weird they would have a TSB specifically for lifted/lowered vehicles (IE: Aftermarket)
