I have tried to find the leak with starter spray, couldn‘t find it, sprayed at where the intake manifold gasket is, PCV valve, Purge solenoid, all the hoses, couldn‘t find any leak. I then tried to locate the sound again and it seems to be right around the purge solenoid and throttle body area, that‘s when I noticed I have a small vacuum valve from my LPG system threaded into the manifold right above the bolt that holds the purge solenoid. I‘m guessing that the valve from my LPG system causes a turbulence inside the manifold and therefore creates the whistling noise, or maybe it’s not a valve but a sensor, it would make sense to me though.
