Interesting wiper issue

interesting. I have the same problem, I may try replacing the wiper arms.

I've bent the wiper arms, using 2 cresent wrenches, bent enough to get a 90 Deg angle from the windshield.

Blades should stay at even angles when going up and coming down, works for me.
