Got it up on the dollies we made, pushed it outside and did some cutting and grinding. Getting it ready for the portable sandblasting company coming to the house next week.

DAY 7: Get frame blasted and ready to cut,grind and REBUILD!

Portable Basting company came to my house today and blasted the frame top and bottom for $90. Best money I have spent today!!

Here is the 4x8 Sheet of 3/16 steel that I will be using to put into the frame.
I will Plasma cut each template I make and weld it in.

Man that frame must have spent it's entire life in Minnesota! You have got your work cut out for you man! :popcorn:

Yeah It was cheaper than we said. He says it depends on the frame. I gave him a $10 tip for lunch. Jeep is actually from Ohio and then titled in WI 3 times and then me.

I do have my work cut out for me,but this where you see the skills of "SUBLETT KUSTOMZ". LOL!

p.s There was a mouse nest in the frame rail itself. When he put the sandblasting gun in the end. Insulation and dryer sheets flew out. We both started laughing!!!
