There is a post in this forum that explains how Hurst is doing it. Sounded like a previous gen 4” Ready lift with a custom made body lift. Someone in here called and got the details. Cutting of course as well. Likely large back spacers as well.

I ordered my 3.5” from RC and 275/65/20 for my stock rims, no backspacer. Installing in the 31st at 4WP. I almost went with the 6” but it was a pain in the ass. Couldn’t use the rims I wanted as I was going for large offset and no back spacer. Decided to fit in garage and use saved money for Corsa exhaust. 34’s ain’t much smaller than 35’s!!!

Had a RC 2” in the front and 1” in the back installed today. Stock rims and offset with 285/65R20 Ridge Grapplers. ‘22 Yukon XL AT4 with no AR. Minor rubbing on the inside of the fender that I need to cut. What’s odd is that it sits around 1/2” higher in the front. May need to add another 1” in the back.
What are your front and rear measurements from center of wheel to fender lip? We have that kit on our XL SLT and it's 22.5" front and 23.25" rear. Or 38.25" front and 39" rear from the ground to fender lip on stock size tires. Either way it ended up 3/4" higher in the rear

That was me who called Hurst. It's a Readylift kit for the front from 2020 model year with a rear spacer Hurst makes themselves. Pics of the cutting required to fit 35's in the original post

3.5" RC and frontier grill guard installed today . Not exactly what I want, But nothing else will fit 3.0L Diesels (supposedly). Tires next week...285/55R22 Geolanders M/T G003 fit

What is it you are really wanting?

If possible, when you get those tires on….measure your clearance height for me?

8" -10" lift kit eventually. Spent 35 mins on phone with RC trying to get them to explain why the 6" lift according to them won't work on Diesels.
