I thought I’d post mine up since I’ve asked a million questions on here. See if I could help someone else with questions. I ended up just doing the lower strut spacer (said it was 1.5”) with 18x9 method 316’s and 285/70/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Zero rubbing but I’m very very close to the liners…I think I pushed the limits and barely got away with it.

Dude I love the look. I’m looking to get myself into 18” wheels with the same tire size as well. If I can ask, what is the offset that your wheels run? And with the bigger tire size how was the change in speedometer and MPG? Any additional road noise that come with the ridge grapplers? Thanks !

Yes definitely additional noise which should be expected with any AT MT Tires.

The Speedo is unaffected with 305 45 22.

He quoted the guy with 285/70/18’s, which is roughly a 33.7” tall tire, which is a bit taller than the factory 275/50/22 or 305/45/22’s. I would guess the speedo is slightly off without some way to reprogram it.

Hey, thank you for the compliments. So I’m not 100% sure on the offset of the wheels (I think zero) but Method only makes one offset, in an 18” wheel with the lug pattern for our trucks. The speedometer is a slight bit off I think but nothing too drastic. I am going to ask the dealership to try to adjust it a little when they do the first free oil change soon. There is a tiny bit more road noise with the ridge grapplers but very very mild, especially for the super aggressive look. Any larger, all terrain tire would add some noise. I am very happy overall with it. I think I absolutely maxed out the tire size with the level lift and it’s super practical. My wife hasn’t said a thing about road noise or anything. She loves the beefy look of it too. I originally wanted to lift it more with larger tires, but I am glad I took this approach. Has the look I want but still very practical. Doesn’t throw off a lot and doesn’t suck much power from it either. Any larger tires, I think would affect those things much more. I’m flirting with that line but don’t think I crossed it. Best of luck to you with it. Hope I helped some and let me know if there’s any other things I can guide you with

I can also comment on the ridge grapplers being rather quiet tires for how aggressive they look. I put on stock size 275/60/r20 on our yukon and the increase of noise from them is minimal but they completely changed the look of the vehicle. Performance is way better than the factory car tires it came with

I wanted something a bit different but she wanted another one blacked out, minus the bronze on the front grill and bronze painted calipers. Now on a set of 20x9s, 3.5” lift and 285/60/20s. Full front, side mirrors and rear PPF, and finishing up the sides. Corsa sport with blacks tips sitting in the garage. Need to black out the side marker lights and rear, lower reflective lenses.

Wrapped gloss black. That way it's easy to replace if/when chipped or any piece starts to peel. Then, bought some over priced OEM black emblems.
