Hello all,

This might be trivial, and been answered before, but ....

How do I replace the bulb, for the low beams? I looked at some videos, but they all are (so far) like, take everything out of the way that is not the head light, then, ....

Is there an easier way? Or does one really need to unbolt the light, go underneath the car and unbolt some bracket there too?

thanks,

Ron

Google you-tube videos and should find an example.

Teenage neighbour's daughter could easily get her hand in there to change the bulbs, for a few bucks reward *lol*

I can recommend that approach, it works fast.

In my 2007 Yukon XL, I had to remove the headlight housing to get at the bulbs. There are 2-3 screws visible and reachable from the top, and at least 1 screw that is accessible from the wheel well, by peeling back the wheel well lining.

I can get my headlight bulbs out without having to fully pull the housing but it's a game of playing contortionist with my hand...

Who's the idiot that designed that shit? he ought to be hung by his n#t Sa$k. On my Caddy you have to remove the front bumper. I guess they figure if you can afford to drive these you can afford the hundred bucks or so labor to change a frickin light bulb. Just my 2cents!!!!
