Pull off the intake tube and clean your throttle plate on your throttle body. Use carb cleaner or brake cleaner sprayed onto a rag and wipe the plate and the bore.

From your symptoms it will probably be pretty black around the edges of the throttle plate. You can spray carb cleaner directly onto the throttle plate and bore as well just make sure that if you do, try not to get too much into the intake behind the thottle plate as it will have a harder time starting when you crank it over. If it does have a hard time starting just depress the accelerator pedal a bit while cranking to allow the throttle plate to open and let more air in. Once it starts up release the pedal.

^^^ More than likely this is your problem as it is a common one for many folks as well as myself after I bought our denali years back! Would idle perfectly until it warmed up, would die one me more than once as soon as I stepped on the gas. Now I clean mine out every year no matter one and have never had the problem since! Super easy to at least try!

The RPMs this morning were low again all day when coming to a stop, also felt like it once going in reverse, there was no change in the voltage gauge other than a slight movement at 14 just below and back to 14, could barely tell. So after cleaning the throttle body there was no change as well. Any ideas?
