Sorry. If it says Dorman on it I wont touch it. I've had too many failures from this company, and yes, even on simple items.Not sure why the newer models do not have magnetic drain plugs, my 2005 Yukon Denali 6.0l had one.
So if you are considering getting a magnetic oil drain plug, the thread size is metric 12 x 1.75.
Cheaper and easier to find option is the Dorman 090-936CD. This is very similar to the OEM drain plug with a captive rubber washer that my 2005 6.0l engine has.
