An alignment is absolutely required just for an inch or so of height change…i was just wondering if he got an alignment after his “settlement”

I have the Z95 suspension on my Denali and did the Arnott replacements. Way better than stock and air leveling still works. I recommend it even if the Maganride hasn't gone bad yet.

i just installed these on my 15 denali and i am getting the service suspension code unfortunately. not sure what to do now. wasn't expecting this problem.

Can you read suspension codes?

Check that both plugs are seated in the shocks.

Do you still have your old shocks?

i did all 4. had a shop do the install. shop still has old shocks and struts.

Going to be hard to troubleshoot without a scan tool. It’s possible one of the shocks is a dud. First check all the plugs at the shocks and struts.

fixed it. one pin was backed out of a front strut plug. just had to reseat it. all is perfect now.

Hi everyone. I just joined the forum and have been reading through this thread (and the whole suspension section) trying to learn what I can about the mag-ride set up, but I still have a few questions.

I have a 2015 Yukon Denali with roughly 80k miles on it. The ride got terribly hash, so I knew it was time to do the suspension

I replaced both the front and rear suspension last week and 2 things are happening. First, I got the "service suspension system" message on the dash, so I'm going to check the front wire connections to see if something is wrong. But more importantly, the front end is VERY low - only 2-3 inches of wheel well gap, whereas I am used to seeing 4-6 inches. I'm going to the dealer to have the mag ride recalibrated, but could this even be the cause for the truck to sit so low? The rear also seems to be somewhat higher than expected, but it may just be because the front is so low.

I bought these parts and am assuming they are correct, but there is always the chance I screwed that up...

Overall, the truck rides 100x better, but there is definitely something wrong with the front and how it sits.

Yes those look like the correct units. The front ride height is determined by the springs, nothing to do with the mrc shock, so a reflash will not change ride height. How about some side pics of the current ride height…
