If going with the Magnuson kit, it will come with a hard intake hose from the factory air box to the SC intake and a K&N filter. This is the equivalent of the AirAid Jr.

I prefer my air charge to come from the fender and not the hot engine compartment myself.

I was thinking same about hot engine bay air.

I have no direct experience mind you, my own research and after talking with Justin @BlackBearPerf and @Rocket Man , I like the Magnuson TVS1900 and the Whipple. I forget now what Mark put on his!

How do you like the sound of the Magnaflow? Did you ever take a video of it? I've not heard a good one of it and was considering it for mine when the time comes as I have their cats and y-pipe.

That sounds more quiet than my stock exhaust! Is that a system or just the muffler? The pipe behind the exhaust tip looked like mild steel and not original.

its definitely much louder than stock, it might be iPhone messing with the sound, will try with GoPro, its is a full cat back, truck is exposed to salt water and sand throughout whole year, I have had whole undercarriage treated with eastwood coating.
