Hello all a new guy here and had another queston my 04 denali runs fine and ive never had a problem wth it but thats what im worried about because shes got 190k on it and im just worried about it the motor especially is there anything besides keeping it up what should i be worried about? or what should i change??? the only thing that needs attionion is valv cover gasket??
