Thanks brother, the job takes a toll on you but the anticipation leading up to the retirement ceremony is all worth it when I sell the cheesy gold watch for some more Tahoe parts lol

Tell your brother it goes quick, I got on the job at 20 yo, next thing I knew...bam! I'm 43 and feel like I went 10 rounds with Tyson!:boxing: lol

Yeah he's a few years behind you in age and starting date, but pretty proud of him. EMT, Fire, Heli-ops and he has been a part of a Type I Wildland Fire Incident Management Team (IMT) for the past few years as well.

This movie called "Only the Brave" coming out is about the Yarnell, Arizona 19 Hot Shots from a few years back. Happened about 30 miles from my parents house. My brother was on the scene after it happened and lost a lot of friends there. Tragic.

Sorry to digress, just good to hear you came out the other side. Now on to the mods!!!

That's awesome man, congrats:winner_first_h4h:.

Don't think my generation will ever see retirement the way things are going. Or they're gonna raise it to 85:smh:

Thanks for the kind words brothers!

So I kind of overdid it celebrating with a few friends last night but I managed to push through the pain and gut the Escalades interior today.

Tomorrow if all goes well, I plan on gutting the Hoes interior after a quick stop at a cars and coffee event and reinstalling the Esky interior into the Hoe including the long overdue molded carpet I bought months ago as well as all the RCA/VIDEO/SPEAKER cables under the new carpet rather than struggle to fit them on the perimeter channels

I also installed the Esky cluster in the Hoe...pretty funny, I went from 98k miles on my original cluster to just under 200k miles on the Esky cluster lol

You could always get the cluster mileage reprogrammed. But isn't the esky cluster an 02 and your Hoe an 03?
