I'm posting a picture of my Yukon XL on 28's because that is my taste. I wanted to share with everyone on here how it turned out. This picture was taken fresh out of the body shop, my friend color matched the rear plastics and third brake light and a good wash.

So he just painted over the third brake light or tinted it body color?

Looks good. Are those Escalade side mirrors or just covers?

On GMC the appliques and the third brake light housing are black so my friend just colored matched them to the body color.

Yep, they are. I think they look good, until I get my hands on some inexpensive escalade one I will be rockin the covers.

I'm debating on removing my color door trim and leaving it without or putting the Escalade ESV chrome door trim.

I've been looking on either bagging it or lowering it. The picture doesn't due its justice but it looks a little high and like to ride low. But right now I'm having trouble with the wheels rubbing at 3/4 to full lock on the wheel well black plastics. I tried heating them up but I didn't want to melt them or do it wrong so I will have my friend help me out with them. I'm running a 275/25/28 with a +25 offset, so a drop kit or bagging I don't think it would be a problem. Has anyone had to completely remove their wheel well plastics when dropping or bagging theirs on 28's?

Yes, I removed the wheel well plastics on mine.
Damn, that is a tiny tire. I'm surpriced you didn't go with a 295/25/28 for that heavy truck.
