here's what it looked like when I started to strip the engine.
Also I was wondering is there anyway I can switch my whole front end to the smaller square lights? I have the older box size lights which I installed a HID kit for.

not bad. really clean engine too otherwise. one thought lose that red TBI spacer.
As far as upgrades... change the injection spider while it is torn down. more or less mandatory now. especially if you have 100,000 miles on original design. new design: http://www.amazon.com/Delphi-FJ10566-Fuel-Injector/dp/B000TYLIFS/

converting the front end is easy as well. you getting used parts or new to do so?
Also get a list of what parts your friend will want to replace and I will putt together a list of numbers for you to get.
