Okay, so I've been looking into buying new DD DVD unit. If I've read correctly, in order to keep my xm radio, steering wheel controls, and to use my factory bose system, i'll need the following adapaters?

PAC OS-2Bose
Kenwood KCA-XM100V XM Adaptor
Audivox CNP-2000 MiniTuner
SWI-JACKxxx

Does anyone have any opinions on the particular adapters out there?

Any help is appreciated.

That's what I used too, for the steering wheel controls I used the PAC-SWIX (I think that was the model) but there may be a better one out by now.

seems to be a pretty big pain in the ass to convert over to a DD. are there any XM tuners out there that will use the stock antenna and wiring?

Its not a pain at all in 2003-2006 Tahoes, It is very difficult for 2000-2002 Tahoes, so you should be all set

i'm just thinking that I need an antenna adapter, a bose adapter, a steering wheel adapter if i want it, a new xm tuner, which i'll probably have to run a new antenna for it somewhere.

maybe i'll just get a tune and some longtubes.
